Checkout is secure via Razorpay across cards, UPI and RuPay, and every order is prepaid - cash on delivery isn't offered. Orders above Rs 2500 ship free. As these pieces are made specifically for your pet, they are not refundable once ordered, though we do offer a free size alteration within two days of delivery if the fit isn't right.
